Nicholas Bedford

Nicholas D.M. Bedford is a partner in the Atlanta Office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Bedford focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes, general liability, personal injury litigation including both, motor vehicle and trucking liability; premises liability, negligent security, product liability, and catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims arising from various alleged torts. He represents insureds and self-insured clients in all phases of litigation in state
and federal trial and appellate courts; and when possible, resolves cases pre-trial through negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Bedford has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2018-2022.
Mr. Bedford’s experience includes representing Fortune 500 companies and municipalities in motion hearings, arbitration, mediation in the areas of premises liability and insurance defense. Prior to joining QPWB, he was a partner with an Atlanta, Georgia transportation law office where he represented motor carriers and insurance companies in trial, at motion hearings, and in mediation. His practice involved evaluating motor carrier compliance with the regulations from the Federal Motor Safety Administration. His practice has also included the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury and employment law matters. Mr. Bedford has
served as first and second chair trial attorney in various premises liability proceedings.
Mr. Bedford received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in May 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Georgia in May 2006. While in law school, he was selected to serve as a judicial clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
