Post COVID Trials - What's Changing?

Instead of a typical sit-and-listen presentation, this seminar will highlight mediation and trial strategies using a mock set of facts in a personal injury and premises liability claim.  During the seminar, participants will learn the facts of the case, hear a brief discussion of the potential coverage issues for the claim, hear the strengths and weaknesses for each position from a mediator's prospective, and witness a mock trial of the claims.  The purpose of this seminar is to educate claims handlers on different aspects of mediation and trial that are not normally showcased in claims evaluation and handling seminars.  The seminar presenters are experienced litigators and mediators in handling insurance claims that result in lawsuits.  The session is intended to be informative, innovative, educational, and interactive.
